Unhappy with your order? Fill up the complaint form below. State your order number in the Subject Field and your complaint in the Message Box below. Please also remember to take pictures of it as we would need them before we can begin resolving any dispute. We love retaining our customers and we are deeply saddened that our service may have disappointed you. Give us 3 working days and we will get back to you after thorough evaluation.

 

All disputes raised by the customer must be entered within 24hours of the arrival of the order to be effective. Should there be any disputes filed 24hours after receiving the order, it will be treated as a feedback that the company will look at to improve on service of product standards.

The review of the order to refund, credit or replacement is entirely at the sole discretion of the company to provide necessary explanation or compensation.
